Business Development

Reporting To: Operations Director

Department: Operations

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join PicknLearn’s growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in B2B marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing promotional presentations, Meeting clients/customers and conducting market analysis.
Key Responsibilities: 
Generating new leads using research skills and making phone calls for the company
Speaking to CMOs, Marketing managers, Business owners and other decision- makers in managing their footprint
Maintaining a pipeline of new business and coordinating with operation’s manager
Assist in reporting and client KPI management
Set up meetings with potential clients
Skills Required:
Must possess knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive
commerce and the creative/design process
Experience in educating the client in what we do.
However, prior to sales calls the candidate will be trained for all services that the company offers.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing and social platforms
Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves.
Have excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Excellent GCSEs, A-levels or equivalent, particularly in English, Literature, History or Politics
Other Requirements 
An interest in Business oriented personal
An entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn, great follow up skills as well
